A successful life and a successful career often begin with a successful failure. Failure is not a setback but a stepping stone that teaches resilience, shapes character, and paves the way for lasting success.
Chapter 1 : Struggle for Job
During the final semester of Engineering at Sharda University, I was supposed to take preparation for placements, that I never did. I wanted to become a singer, rather concentrating on studies, exams & other academic activities, I was searching for any opportunity inside & outside the college in Musical field. I failed almost in every semester but I am ok with that. I believe that if you fail in life, you will definitely succeed. It takes time to form a diamond in the deep ocean. I never missed any placement drive, whether off-campus or in-campus. Meanwhile, my passion for music was on track. I wanted a satisfied job with a good salary. Because, I thought of investing that money in musical domain. I went for every placement drive that happened across greater noida but I could not get any job. Roaming here and there in the city of Delhi & Noida during the sunny days of May 2016 but all I was losing energy & much more hope. Few copies of CV in my bag, few bucks of money, walking like a lonely ranger wearing borrowed shirt, pant & even shoes. That was one of the difficult time of my life. During those last days of college, friends were saying a good bye, may be a forever good bye. It seemed that I was living in a different world & that world has came to an end now. I was wishing all of them for future endeavors & requesting them to stay in touch. Friendship is a greatest gift given by God. It should be preserved & protected. Some friends were happy, some were sad. The happiness of ending the college life, no more assignments, no more surprise tests. The sadness of ending a beautiful world, winsome friends & millions of memories.
By luck, I finally got a job in a company namely Collebra technologies. Later I came to know that it is a vendor that hires employees for other big organizations. I was again upset. But the trainers of Collebera assured that I will get a job soon. One day I was called & asked to visit one of the HCL offices in Noida for interview. After all interview process, surprisingly I came to know that I have cleared al the rounds & I will be taken onboard soon. I was not aware about the package and profile. Moreover, I could say, It was a survival job for me during those hard days. I immediately grabbed it & joined the HCL company on 31st May 2016. When I got the first salary, I sent some percentage of that salary to my home for construction purpose though it was not enough for them, still the money could help them a little. Days went by, I was busy in that corporate life, busy schedule, rotational shifts. Though there was fun in corporate life, but the piece was missing. My main concern of job was to get the money & invest it in music. That I never did. I was living a luxurious life without piece. I was fed up with life & one day I quit the job without having any other job in my hand. I was unable to pay the rent of room so I was thrown out by the owner. Then I Immediately started searching for another job.
